Trading is easy. Patience is hard. I feel this quote is very fitting following the action we saw yesterday. When it comes to trading more times than not after we force a non A+ setup we think to ourselves “why did we do that”. Or how many times have you said “if I did not just just take that ONE trade… I would be green on the day. 

SPY Levels for the day: Hunch is we have a slow grind day that is not necessarily actionable.

No interest zone: 373.8- 377.17

Above Targets:  377.17 we see 378.77 and enough push 379.96

Below Targets: 373.8 and we go to 372 and 370.65
