Wow - where do we even begin..? I would kill to be on a trading floor listening in and hearing the thoughts of pros right now. These are the times I really miss hopping on a mic and talking for 40…60… 90 minutes. These are the days I feel like just grabbing some popcorn, a notepad and just writing. Its just soooo fascinating.

Market halt bands are in play. This is a day you can absolutely get smoked - zero or hero. If I were a PM on a desk I would have all my traders accounts max losses cut by 50%. Volatility is amazing but is incredibly dangerous. These are the days you cant go to the bathroom if you have a position on because you could come back to a whipsaw in the other direction.

SPY Levels: As I went to sleep last night I wanted to short every pop but in pre market we have REALLY unwound which is not my favorite thing… I will be hands off for the first 15 minutes. Alot of volatility gets me way too excited and I will get myself in trouble. I will not go in with bias but essentially I will be looking for a capitulation trade vs lows using VWAP as a guide or I will be looking for a parabolic exhaustion over vwap. You can see I am looking for big range and little risk. I am not looking to be first but in this environment and I want to bet small risk 10 cents to make $5 - thats my edge today.
