SPY LEVELS: Really really good action this week. No where near PNL knock out but feeling really tuned into the market - anticipation, reaction based on visualizing the market etc. I am taking it so incredibly slow today. Has less to do with the market and more with the fact that your boy needs some “me” time. August 23rd? Don’t know where the summer has gone ( I do… sitting at this desk). Anyway, I would love a sweet sweet setup 10:30 ish… one that I can set limits and stops and “check in”. I have a few DMs / emails I will catch up on. I would take the time to review action yesterday whether participated or not. I think it really shows market structure and the way “moves happen”. In other words the way that “they” get the market where they want it using liquidity.

Really good move yesterday but we are right back with $1 of yest open…..

Below Targets: First target is 558.25 second target is 556.76. third target is 555.87 then 554.32 Reach Target is 551.65
